What do we mean by a Managed Solution?
In this section we’ve discussed a range of services that are available to our clients. We can provide these in either a hourly rate or longer term dedicated team model. However some clients don’t want a single point solution, like getting products merchandised in store or auditing a marketing campaign, that actually need a combination of what we can offer, with a single point of reporting, a live data reporting portal and a very clear, open book charging policy.
This is our favourite type of customer, as we can add the most value by providing a team of people that can provide a bespoke solution and the best ROI.
Building efficiency in the service and delivering the best ROI
It is our approach to apply the most efficient and cost effective solution for any field service, which means we categorise the support and detail clearly the roles and responsibilities required and the KPI’s for each part of the service and cost model for how the service is applied. We can deploy dedicated or tactical services into a managed solution. The financial model of the two though are different, in that the dedicated team would be costed on an open book model with agreed salaries and costs and an applied management margin, and the merchandising team on a set cost per hour, where the hours per week my vary depending on the season or level of activity required. Each of these areas will have set KPI’s and very tightly managed to enable clear service measurements. We will also deploy an effective use of technology to ensure that all team members are working with optimum efficiency.
