Nat Schooler
Managing Director

Nathaniel is at the forefront of social media networking trends and practice, an independent, recognised assessor of technology platforms during development cycles. He has diverse business development experience prior to growing brands. He immerses himself into all our clients’ key business issues.

Jason Burrows
Head of Strategy

Jason has over 20 years retail experience in providing sales and marketing and channel development solutions including digital and social marketing, field sales, field marketing and training, and has worked with clients such as HP, Samsung, Intel and Microsoft throughout this period.

Martin Crook
Finance Director

Martin has over 15 years experience in strategic commercial finance at management and board level. Having qualified with RMC plc in 2000, Martin has held senior roles in the facilities, entertainment, and FMCG sectors before joining the group at the start of 2008, including being the FD of a leading Entertainment Distributor.

Claire has more than 13 years marketing experience, working both client and agency side. Focused on achieving desired results, client satisfaction and delivering high standards. She has worked with Symantec, Toshiba, Samsung, Intel and Microsoft to name just a few.

Stephanie Stasiuk
Social and PPC Manager

Stephanie has nearly a decade of experience in managing a wide variety of marketing projects for brands such as Argos, Sky and Volkswagen. An avid cyclist and runner, her love of social media has helped her acquire quirky objects for her flat, including a chalkboard wall, a pallet bed and 1930s cinema chair.

Alex Sutton
Social Media Campaign Executive

Coming from a background in journalism and public relations, Alex sets up social media strategies to deliver brand and social objectives for our clients. She’s worked for Harley-Davidson and Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, plus she loves keeping fit by taking part in triathlons.

With over 20 years experience at the sharp end of some of the UK’s leading creative marketing and advertising design studios, working with some of the world’s biggest brands, Graham is responsible for the creative output of our in-house studio.

With software engineering as his background, Vivian has experience in both application and web development. Combined with seven years of development and project management experience he provides Kinetica’s clients with an expert execution of the functional elements of their brief.

A junior member of the team in name, but not in actions. Kayleigh leads a number of projects and is building her marketing and retail channel experience daily. She’s also a budding music producer, and outsourced the writing of her website profile.
